The only way to drink it is to heat it up.
So, I had no choice but to heat it up.
It was still good when heated up.
It has just the right amount of aroma and spiciness, and it becomes softer and easier to drink after the temperature drops!
It was perfect with ita-wasabi and simmered dishes 👌.
