Good evening! 🙋
It's the middle of March and the sun is setting slower and slower.
Personally, I am very happy to feel that the day is getting longer. 😄
Now, continuing with the "Stories Born of Sake Rice" that took place the other day at Metropolitan Morioka's Tsai-Itsuru.
The third sake was Hamachidori Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Nama Storage Sake).
This junmai is made by cutting 55% of the Ginga Ginga.
It is a little sweet, but it goes in very nicely.
When it comes out in a small bottle, it looks like some kind of all-you-can-drink sake. But it has a nice, clean taste.
We enjoyed it with a variety of appetizers. 👍
