This is an active nigori, and I had confirmed in the owner's youtube video that it was very energetic....
In fact, it's quite a wild thing, and after 4 or 5 repetitions of loosening and tightening the cork, we finally opened the bottle... ️.
The taste...I think this is really calpis... 🤩.
It's sweet with a nice aftertaste of rice 😋.
I think it's perfect for beginners 🤗
Sure enough, about half of it was lost on my son... 🤣
