I had heard that Kameizumi's light nigori was available for a limited time, but I finally came across it and bought it immediately 🍶.
The gas was so strong that I had to open and close the lid several times to keep it from blowing out, and it took about 5 minutes to finally open the bottle 🍾.
It was so strong that it was quite shwashy. It is a light nigori, but it is not strong in flavor, but rather refreshing and fruity.
It is sweet and easy to drink because of the use of CEL-24.
As the gas is released, a slightly bitter taste becomes noticeable.
The taste and gasiness reminded me of Flax Cat Spark, but taking into account the difficulty of obtaining it, this is a very tasty and delightful sake✨.
I would definitely repeat this sake😊.
