Miyamanishiki produced in Aizu
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 16%.
As it is a hazy sake, it is a little cloudy, but as the store owner told us, we drank the first glass without mixing it. As the shop owner told us, we drank one cup without mixing it at first. After the first taste, we mixed it and drank the second cup.
The sweetness and the thickness are both medium, which is good to know the standard of taste.
