うなろー
This is my second time at the Classic Bunraku.
Last time I was in a hurry and couldn't enjoy it very much.
It has a slight muscat flavor, a slight sourness, and a slight sugariness, followed by a rich rice flavor.
I wrote "just a hint" three times, but the overall taste is mellow. It feels a little strong in the mouth for the first time that day, but once you get used to it, it is just right.
Yes, it is still delicious.
It is, however, a local sake. I am writing about it in a patronizing way this time, too.
