I bought this about a month ago at the sake tour in Abeno Harukas.
I tasted the Echigo dry sake and was afraid to drink it because it was rated -10 on the sake scale, but I was told that it was not that sweet.
Even when heated, it doesn't fall apart and looks beautiful.
It was so good that I bought a set of the dry sake.
I don't drink a lot of ogara-mi and daiginjo, so even if I say it's too good, they usually ask for it at these meetings.
I don't like them as much as the dry ones, but the ones from here were rather good!
In fact, I even wondered if I should buy the ogara-mi!
I'd like to buy it again because I feel it's a good match with the sake brewer.
I guess it takes a lot of time and effort, but when I say that I don't drink Daiginjo, I get a lot of disappointment.
I apologize for my poor tongue!

Shinjou-san, this is my day 🙋.
I've had a sweet sake before, but it doesn't seem as sweet as the alcohol content. I wonder if it's sweeter when heated up? I can't remember if I tried heating it up when I looked at my review 😅

Thank you for your time.
I wanted a quad, but there were only a few 300.
At 10, the image is quite sweet, but this is quite light.
I think it's sweet compared to dry.
It doesn't become so sweet when heated.
