Here are some more sakes from the "SENDAI Sake Fest!" hosted by Sake no Kawashima on May 25th 🍶.

Next up was another sake from the Shinkame Brewery (probably a first for me).
I've never had a chance to try their famous sake...
The names of sake breweries often have "crane" and "turtle" in them...
I guess they have been closely related to Hare (a festival), good luck, prayer, and faith since the olden days.
After such a long time, I had a cup of sake.
I can hardly remember what it tasted like when I got here... 🌚.
My apologies 🙏.
I hope I will have another chance to taste and drink it this time...
