Fukushima Sake Binding ⑥
A glass of sake at the usual BAR too: ☝️
We had "Kaze ga Kowaru" (Wind Blows), which is the first brand from the first brewery.
Even though it's called "nama-shu", it's aged in ice temperature for a year🙄.
The complex flavors of mellow sweetness and bitter acidity seem to have been removed from the corners 🤔.
But I think that's just my preconceived impression because I heard it was aged for a year⁉💦🤣.
It was delicious 😋.
