Junmai-shu super dry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 17%, Sake degree +10, Acidity 1.8 It is a restaurant specializing in soba noodles, but at night it is an inokashiya with delicious snacks to accompany the sake🤗. We enjoyed delicious sake with a variety of dishes that go well with soba and udon noodles 😋: egg rolls, seared barracuda, ayu fish tempura, pike conger eel tempura, pike conger tempura, kiss tempura, bigeye tempura...etc. It is sharp and dry and washes away the oil from the tempura.
