I had a bottle of Kikki Masamune Bessen Nakadori from Oki Daikichi Honten.
I drank a different nakadori one before and it was delicious, so I bought this one too.
It's also very crisp and delicious.
The aroma is good, but the feeling of drinking it also reminds me of the daiginjo I drank at a sake brewery in Aizu before. Water? No, it's sake, and it's so clean that it goes in easily.
I thought it would be delicious with sashimi.
The fruity scent, the clear mouthfeel with no miscellaneous flavors, the feeling that goes down the throat easily, this 、、、、 in the low 1,000s is wonderful!
