Yoshidagura u Ishikawamon light nigori (^o^), which was also served at Craftsake, was purchased at a sakenomy. This is a sake brewery that I liked this year because I thought it was delicious. I would like to visit there someday.
The aroma is citrusy with a hint of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The aroma is like lactic acid yogurt and freshly pounded rice. It is like a "Yamahai" (mountain waste). When you drink it, it has a sweet taste and a slight carbonation. When you drink it, the bitterness comes first, then the sourness. The aftertaste is also refreshing due to the slight carbonation and sourness. Yamahai" has a strong umami flavor and is usually drunk slowly, but this one is easy to drink and refreshing, probably due to its low alcohol content. It fits the name "modern Yamahai" perfectly. I think it goes well with Western food. Today I paired it with dry curry, and it was perfect! It is delicious.
