ラル大佐
At this year's Aoba Ward Citizens' Festival, we performed together with the firefighters in a ladder-riding performance by the fire brigade.
A senior member of the Wooden Craftsmen's Association gave us a live mokuzu crab that he had picked up in the morning. A friend of mine who was on his way back from Niigata brought us some snow crabs as souvenirs! So we suddenly had a crab festival at our house. Thank you all for your kindness to our family!
Mokuzu crab is a homologue of Shanghai crab, and is known for its rich misho. It is in season in autumn, so it is a very good timing for us.
Mixed with Hyakujuro
This is the first one that you can't go wrong with buying in jackets!
The nose has a mild ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, and the umami of the rice is very pronounced. It is delicious right from the first sip. The aftertaste is more fruity and even more satisfying!
It is also delicious when paired with rich crabmeat! It's as good as the crab! Hyakujuro!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
