The 9th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
Sake from Mizunami City. Nakajima Brewery's main brand.
Purchased at a roadside station in Toki City.
The aroma is modest but gentle. It is very easy to drink because of its lightness and sweetness.
I visited the brewery recently.
I would like to try Junmai Daiginjo in the near future.
