コタロー
I saved last year's too carefully... but it should probably be ok!
The nose has sourness, muscat, and a refreshing rice sweetness.
When you taste it, you are hit with a grapefruit-like acidity and the soft sweetness of the rice.
It is supposed to be sweet, but it breaks off crisply and converges. Delicious!
It is full of umami and sweetness like honey apples, but a little more refreshing than other rice wine? I think it is a little tighter than other tasyu.
When heated up, the rice apple flavor spreads softly and you can taste the gradual umami.
Tasake is always delicious.
