The top aroma is fruity with a ginjo aroma. When you drink it, the taste is a balance of sweet, spicy, and bitter, with a great sharpness. It is quickly consumed. It has an image of being drier than expected, with a slight alcohol taste. It has a classic atmosphere and a different aspect from other Genmai wines. There is no carbonation or acidity. It is delicious in its own way. It is very good as a food sake. The aroma is fruity, similar to a topping aroma. It goes well with pepper chicken, cabbage salad with ponzu sauce, and boiled spinach. It is delicious on its own, but I prefer it with food. I should have opened the bottle earlier since it was shipped in August, but the person who taught me how to make sake told me that it is better to drink sake immediately. I will try to keep that in mind.
