This is Junmai Ginjo Inaho from my hometown, Drunken Heart.
The aroma is quite subdued, and is different from the gorgeous aroma of so-called "ginjo-shu".
The flavor of the rice is very good, so it is suitable for drinking as a junmai-shu.
