Aftertaste: Alcoholic and slightly sweet, with a certain sharpness
Impression: Soft and refreshing with melon and creaminess
I had an impression that it was tasty and refreshing at a famous sake center before, so I bought it as a souvenir from Niigata.
However, it was a little different from what I expected. It is a very rich type.
The aroma is creamy.
The attack is soft but deep, with chocolate and caramel-like nuances, but after a few seconds you can taste the melon flavor.
Is it sweet? The aftertaste is rather dry and refreshing.
While maintaining the umami of rice, melon and muscat flavors emerge from the glass as time goes by. Maybe tomorrow, the nuance will change more.
This is delicious in its own way.
A bottle I would like to encounter again.
Let's name it Mook.
