Shinsei No.6 X type
I heard that today is the day of 6/6 No.6 yeast. I tried to get A type but I couldn't get it.
I think I will open a bottle of the blessing from the Yamakawa dungeon and thank the No. 6 yeast for its fermentation*, but I also love No. 12 yeast and No. 8 yeast*, or rather, I thank the koji molds as well!
X type, first time I've ever been able to buy one myself! Thank goodness! And other stores don't even sell it to me! And resale is stupidly expensive!
More silky, clean, lactic sweet and sour taste* Less body than the S type, but better transparency instead* The usual aroma is also very attentive*.
