ちのIt is a honjozo, but it is still consistently delicious.
When I licked it off my finger, I felt a bit of alosoe, but when I drank it with a regular sake cup, I didn't feel it at all.
I paired it with a light chicken tsukune nabe (one-pot dish) and it was a great match.
