Nyuron
A souvenir from Kochi, purchased because of the design of the bottle. Tosatsuru" in Kochi generally refers to this sake, which is the most popular sake in Kochi. Indeed, it was available in large quantities at the supermarket as a matter of course. There are two types of sake in the same bottle with different caps, jodo-shu and ryodo-shu, and I chose the jodo-shu which costs about 60 yen more, but I did not understand what kind of difference there was. The taste is rather light and dry, but it tastes more like sake. Nevertheless, it is a delicious sake with a light and crisp taste. At only a little over 2,000 yen for a bottle, I thought it was an excellent sake for everyday drinking, including the cost.
