As my job has no connection to GW, I opened this bottle on my day off, feeling like taking a little trip at least. This sake is from the Kuroemon Juroemon 16th brewery and is made from "Aiyama," a popular sake rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The moment you drink it, it is exactly as described on the label: "The royal road to sweetness! The lingering aftertaste is a perfect balance of richness and freshness 😋 Today I'm going to cut corners & go a little junky with a local Peyoung with a mini size of a spoiled pork cutlet 😅.
