Kumakichi
I really wanted to drink this one, so I opened it today!
Shinshu Kamerei - Nagano Miyamanishiki unfiltered unpasteurized sake
On the last day of March, there was a sake event in Tokyo, but I couldn't attend due to personal reasons, so I gave up.
I arrived at the sake booth at 12:00 p.m. and found a long line of people waiting to get in... No.6, Jikin, and Oroku were all sold out..,
The brewer of Shinshu Kamerei came to the booth at 2:00 p.m. and served us sake, but we gave up due to time constraints and went home after taking out Tori Shiki's chicken wings and nori rolls as snacks,
Since we couldn't drink there, we opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei and toasted!
The main taste is sweet and delicious, which is typical of Miyamanishiki, but this year it had a slightly bitter aftertaste! I don't dislike it in this way, but I felt it was more drinkable than light.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 15%.
