I bought it with great interest when I found out it was a refined sake.
It's 95% polished rice and wine yeast.
It's corked, and when you pour it into a glass, it has a nice color.
The white wine itself.
Firm acidity and sweetness in the mouth, with a powerful rice flavor.
From there, a powerful rice flavor spreads.
It has a taste of white wine and a touch of Japanese sake.
It is quite an interesting sake.
