Thank you all for your hard work this year!
And thank you very much!
I will have the Fukkomachi Akitai Zumu on New Year's Eve, which I bought on my year-end trip to Akita (almost didn't do any sightseeing due to bad weather 😅)!
Akita Komachi and AKITA Yukiguni yeast are used to make this unique Akita limited edition sake!
I bought it at the local sake corner of Akita Marugoto Market, where there was a sales person selling Fukkomachi!
Kakuemon is available at the nearest liquor store, but I had forgotten that it was from the Kakuemon brewery.
And I didn't stop by Yuzawa this time, but never mind!
But I don't think I've ever had the Fukkomachi brand, and "Akitai Zumu", which is only available in Akita, would be a good souvenir!
I drank it cold.
It has a little bit of a zing to it, but after a little while, the richness and umami that is typical of Akita spreads!
It seems to be more rounded when it warms up a little than when it is cold.
It is refreshing, but has sweetness and umami of rice, so you will never get tired of it.
I also bought a bottle of Kita-Akita and a bottle of Bishu no Sekkei as souvenirs, but I will give them to one of my favorite restaurants in the new year.
Maybe I'll open the next bottle, but I'll check in next year!
Have a happy new year 😄.

Happy New Year, Gyaban🎍!
It's nice to have a good drink at the end of a memorable trip (although it's a pity that we didn't get to see most of the sights) 🎵.
Let's continue to enjoy drinking at our own pace this year 🤗.

Happy New Year, ma-ki!
Although I knew in advance that there are many winter closures and New Year holidays, the weather was too bad😅.
I wish you a wonderful year with wonderful sake 😊.
