I went to Gunma to drop off my daughter who came home during GW.
I remembered that the next prefecture was Tochigi where I had not yet had a drink.
I remembered that Tochigi prefecture was next to Gunma, so I looked for a liquor store nearby on my way back to Tochigi.
I tried to find a liquor store but it was closed 😭.
I went back to Kumagaya and entered Michi no Eki Menuma.
I tried to find it, but there was nothing but Gunma sake.
I asked Dr. Google to help me find it and went to the nearby
I went to the nearby Tenda-ya Honten 🚗.
They have Tochigi sake and I was able to take home two kinds of sake
I was able to take home two types of sake 😀 (the other was made of sake rice with "one hit" in it).
(The other was dry with "Hitogokochi" sake rice,
(The other was "Hitogochi" sake rice, dry, and was a souvenir for my sake master)
This one was made with sake rice "HARURE SUGATA" and was sweet with a sake degree of -3
and it was sweet sake!
Almost no acidity, but a refreshing sweetness!
It was a nice drink for my first time in Tochigi 😆.
I was able to drink a good sake in Tochigi for the first time: ‼️
We had German corned beef and potatoes to go with it!
stir-fried potatoes with German corned beef!
After drinking, we had a dessert of Saburokuyaki from Iseya in Gunma.
I finished with Saburokuyaki from Iseya for dessert.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby, ☺️
We don't have Tochigi sake at our usual restaurant.
I was envious of the Tochigi sake that you were drinking.
I was watching you drinking. I'm so jealous 😂.
My daughter works in Ota, so from now on
I will have more chances to get Tochigi sake back 😆.
