Today is Saturday, so we are comparing the sake we bought at the brewery's distributor the other day 🤭.
The first bottle is windhole storage.
I couldn't resist buying it since it was recommended to me when I asked for a highly regional sake lol.
When I opened it, I thought it would taste more robust, so I prepared some sashimi and drank it, but it was a beautiful sake with a sweetness that asserted itself without being cloying...!
It is not overly sweet and is a dry sake, but it has a nice matured flavor behind the sweetness!
This is a bottle I would like to drink again 🤭.
