Almost transparent, a faint lemon yellow color, the top-tasting aroma is sweet sake, koji, Japanese pear, kiwi, kinmai sugar, cotton candy, kabosu, kiwi, and even though it seems mature, it has a series of fruity nuances, a refreshing mouthfeel, a hint of bitterness, and astringency, though it has more of a general Junmai-like character than Aki-agari! It is crisp, not too sweet, and not too acidic. There is a hint of bitterness and a tightening effect. The aftertaste is gentle and faintly sweet, which relaxes the mind and makes the drink less tiring.
