I went to the liquor store to cook spare ribs to pass the time after a night shift. I had my eye on this one. I was confused with Ibuki, the green & green bottle connection, and took this one home 😊. The aroma is muscat to apple. It also smells like cooked rice. When you drink it, the sweetness and umami are about 4:6. There is a sense of gas. Even though it is well chilled, the umami has a thick texture. It is as good as the meat! The middle part has a nice rice flavor! The bitterness in the second half of the bottle is ummmm ❗️ It's also a great cospa 😀 Delicious ‼️ The second day was even better, and my mom and I drank it together and it was gone 💦.
