This sake is a blend of leftover nasal and offensive ingredients from the nakakumi, and is a reasonably priced extra sake.
I think it's a second squeeze thing.
But if they don't tell you, you'll be satisfied with the taste even if it's 1.5 times the price!
It is a medium dry sake with a good balance of fullness and sharpness.
It is the best of the cost.
