Aftertaste: The flavor, sweetness, and sourness pop along with the stimulating tingling gas.
Aftertaste: The gas still tickles the throat and the sake aroma escapes from the nose.
The gas that pops is fun! The gas is not strong. When I paired it with a fairly oily meat dish, it cut through the fat and was a good match... It's also low in alcohol, so pairing it with something similar to beer is perfect. It's my favorite of the Akabuki's so far!
