Fujimusume Sake Brewery is the westernmost sake brewery in Kochi. It is located near the Shimanto River and is said to be quite far from Kochi City.
Fujimusume Junmai Ginjo
It has a unique aroma and taste. It has a mild, robust flavor and is delicious. It is not too dry.
Fujimusume's sake is characterized by its gentle taste and lack of spiciness for a Tosa sake.
Bouken-san was worried that I might think he was going to drink all of it, so I told Ippo-san that I would drink all of it after all 🤣.
I was relieved to hear that he would consider purchasing it... and so I continued with the tasting 😁.
Before I registered with Sake-no-wa, I had received a bottle of Fujimusume from a junior colleague from Kochi, but it was a souvenir-like jar with an inokuchi (cup).
