Slightly refreshing aroma, slightly sweet, watery mouthfeel. Moderate acidity and slight effervescence. Umesu! Also umeme even when heated! The total assertion is modest, but ummmm!
According to the brewery, this sake is made from an as yet unnamed sake rice (an improved variety of Hanazakari or Hanamogera).
There was also a green-labeled one made with another new rice variety. That one is said to be a dry type.

The first stop on the way home was Rokka Sake Brewery, which is how I got here in the first place. When I was 20 years old, I bought a packet of "Joppari" and it was the first time I thought sake tasted good. Long live the white company.
