I loved Kagatobi on my trip to Kanazawa😊.
Bought it as a souvenir and opened a bottle 😊.
I was hooked on the pickled sardines on the trip, but paired it with pickled mackerel and fried oysters for home drinking🤔.
The result is absurdly delicious‼️.
This sake is unfiltered raw and has a strong flavor, so it's perfect with the creaminess of the oysters and the oil of the mackerel 😁.
The acidity of the Yamahai is also very refreshing while also being very soothing, very nice 😁.
