At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno Next up was Tsukasa Botan Tosa no Chokkotsu Honjozo from Kochi. I thought it would be good with strongly seasoned eel. I was a little hesitant to order it, thinking it would be good with highly seasoned eel! 😅 Surprisingly, it doesn't have any harshness. It's not too harsh. It has a solid attack, but it's not bad. If anything, it is light and dry, and the umami expands as it goes down the throat. It is a good match with food, and it works slowly! 😁 My wife started pressuring me to drink too much! I started to put pressure on her! (LOL)
