From Ayagiku Shuzo, Kagawa Prefecture... Ayagiku Special Junmai Oidemai Nama-Shu Oidemai" means "welcome" in Sanuki dialect. Oidemai" is a rice (edible rice) born in Ayagawa Town, Kagawa Prefecture, which has been awarded "Special A" in the eating quality ranking of rice (and will continue to be awarded in 2023) and has been talked about as being delicious even when eaten. This limited-quantity sake is made from 100% "Oidemai" rice produced in Ayagawa-machi, and the sake made during the winter of this season's production is kept in a low-temperature cask, only enough for this sake to be fired and shipped! The aroma is mild but refreshing, and you can enjoy the fresh, invigorating taste of freshly stored sake, as well as the robust flavor of un-watered sake. The balance between the clear sake quality, the thick body, and the sharp acidity is good! You can enjoy both freshness and drinkability. It goes well with crispy chilled dishes with a strong flavor, western food, and dishes with a little acidity as well as sake. Ingredient rice: ・・・・・ 100% Kagawa rice Oidemai Polishing ratio・・・・60 Sake degree・・・・+2.0 (slightly dry) Acidity・・・・・・2.3 Alcohol content・17度
