There is no stock of sake in the refrigerator.
So, I went to the supermarket on my way home and bought some sashimi and sake with discount stickers on them.
I chose Ume Ichirin because I used to drink it at a sushi restaurant I used to know well.
It didn't bring back memories so much as nostalgia, but I could feel the rice flavor, and it was just as dry as it said it would be.
It is strange that I had not recorded this before.
My taste seems to be changing, but it is not that I dislike it.
I guess I have developed a broad mind that there are many different kinds of sake.
