Spring Usu Nigori from Izumihashi Sake Brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Gentle aroma, juicy acidity and umami with a strong sweetness.
The label is fresh and feels like spring.
I wasn't able to see the cherry blossoms this year, but I was able to feel a little bit of spring.
Izumihashi Sake Brewery now delivers it as a set with oysters, sea squirts and other snacks, so please do!
