I have been so busy lately that I have been skipping posts.
This is a sake that I drank a while ago, but this time, it is a sake called "Kosu-Mori" (brewed in Niigata).
It is a sake from Niigata.
I have an image of Niigata as a light and dry sake, but nowadays there are many kinds of sake available.
Kosumori is one of them.
When you open the bottle, you will feel a slight carbonation. This was unexpected. It was unexpected.
It is an oriented type with sweetness and acidity.
It is easy to drink, and is very mainstream these days.
To be honest, it is a little out of my taste, but it is a delicious sake. It has the ability to make me want to drink it again.
I would like to drink some more of their other stuff. I would buy it again if I had the chance.
