Houmai, after 9 years, a single bottle.
I happened to learn from the news that "the factory that used to make the bottles will stop making sake bottles at the end of 2022, so sales of this product will be discontinued as soon as the stock runs out", and I happened to be near Sasayama, so I went to the "Hororo-ai Jyokagura" to buy some.
It is a very clear, plain sake with a hint of alcohol. It has a slight sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
