Heated sake tonight as the north wind stings.
I bought a bottle of #Kunigon dry junmai sake Benitefu from Minamiaizu-gun, Fukushima.
I love this sake, and I think this is the fourth time I've bought it. It has a soft aroma reminiscent of prunes and plums, then the aroma changes to natural water and it quickly clears the throat, making it a very pleasant dry sake.
