When poured into a glass, Kasumizake becomes slightly cloudy.
The sweet taste fills the mouth with a refreshing sweetness, which is followed slowly by a bitter taste. The sweetness and bitterness are well balanced and delicious 😋.
After about 2 days from opening the bottle, the curd is removed and the taste becomes even softer and mellower.
It is a fresh and beautiful sake that you can have many more cups of. ☺️
