Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nigori Sake
The first sake I'm posting for the year 2023 is Hanaoyokyu's Nama Nigori Sake. We had it on New Year's Eve.
The freshness and richness of the raw nigori sake and the mellow sweet and sour taste with a pineapple flavor typical of HANA-YOUKU spread in the mouth with a gaseous sensation 🤣.
