まさをI think it is a very well balanced sake.
Personally, I've never been a fan of Yamahai because of its unique acidity, but this Tengu Mai has a slightly more moderate acidity, but still has a flavor and aroma that is more than satisfying, making it a very tasty sake.
Most people say that Yamahai-zukuri sake is best served warm, but I think this Tengu Mai shows its full potential even when served cold.
(Of course, it can be heated as well).
