The season of Pray & Snow has come again this year, with our thoughts and prayers of thanksgiving to the snowy Hakusan mountains.
This winter limited edition sake is made from Hyakumangoku No Shiro polished to 30%.
It has a gorgeous heady aroma reminiscent of muscat and white peaches, a gentle sweetness and acidity, and a refreshingly clear finish combined with a firm bitterness and minerality. We enjoyed it again this year!
