Today I chose Shikishima light nigori, which my wife bought for me yesterday🤗.
The effect of the birthday present is still going strong, and today's dinner was sushi 🍣.

I remember tasting Shikishima last year at Chitashige and it was a classic type, so I avoided buying it, but when I saw the muscat flavor, light nigori, my desire to buy it came to the fore and my wife asked me if I wanted to buy it 🤣👍
My birthday present wish list would be a Jyushiyo, a dedicated fridge, and a shelf dedicated to sake cups 😅💦.

The aroma is lactic acidic and the taste is melon-like when it's cold? It turned into a muscat-like flavor when the temperature was higher and after getting drunk 😄😄.
The only thing is that it has a strong bitterness 💦, which is good because it's served with sushi.
