It has the aroma of a so-called "ginjo" and a pleasantness that passes through the nose. It is a delicious sake.
It goes well with raw shirasu (fresh young sardines) and chopped horse mackerel.
The sake rice is Yamada-Nishiki. Polishing ratio is 50%.
