Posting No. 420 Sake made with Association #3 yeast. I bought it because it is interesting. I don't know if it is a characteristic of the No.3 yeast, but the aroma is like a distilled spirit and it has a wild body. Pairing with Ate Grilled beef tongue Fat Edamame (soybeans) Pickles Fat Bonito sashimi Fat Personal preference
