しょうたそ
This is a different brand from the Denshu brewery.
This is the first time I have had it, but I bought it with the confidence that it must be delicious.
It is an aluzoe ginjo sake, but it is perfect.
It is clean and refreshing to drink. You can feel the sweetness and the umami, and it is a deeply flavorful bottle that finishes with a crisp bitterness. Alcoholic sake tends to have a negative image, but I don't think this is true for breweries with strong capabilities. Jyushiyo Honmaru is also an aluzoe sake.
It is also inexpensive, at around 2500 yen for a bottle, including tax. If it's this good, there's no reason not to buy it. The only problem is that it's not very common.
