2019 "Super" Ohroku☆Junmai 720ml
I guess it has been aged for two years since yesterday's Shiboritate. Much sharper. I may have turned down the fridge temperature a little too low. You can taste the umami as it gets used to the room temperature.
I had other sake delivered by chilled delivery to my home by Sake no Makido Tenguudo. Thank you very much.â
